Job Description

seeking PRN locum Urgent Care Physician
Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm
Saturday 8 am- 7 pm
Sunday 8 am - 5 pm
Daily Patient Volume is 30-45 Clinics are busy and fast paced. 
EMR: Practice Velocity
Required:  BC in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds. 
Must have 3-6 years of  FP, ER, or Urgent Care experience and must be comfortable with peds 3 months old and up.
Providers must live locally
