- 38 hours per week or 76 hours bi-weekly schedule
- Flexibility required to cover multiple Fairfield County practice sites
- State-of-the-art urgent care facilities with digital radiology and on-site laboratory services
- Epic electronic health record with fully integrated patient health record access
- Highly trained support staff including XRTs, physician assistants, nurses, and medical assistants
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine required; DEA required

From $296000.00 to $400000.00 annual
