- 6 - 8 shifts per month needed
- 3 patients per hour during the day; 1 - 2 per hour at night
- Hospital-based urgent care setting
- High acuity procedures -- suturing, wet x-rays, all ages
- Running a code required if necessary
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
