They are open 7 days per week and providers rotate weekends. $290,000 salary. Very busy Urgent Care and providers do get significant bonuses.. Paid insurance, have a 6% 401k match after 1,000 hours, CME at $7,000/yr with 40 hours.. Sign on bonus of $25,000 and moving expenses of $15,000..
