- 2 weeks per month -- 12 days total including weekend call
- M-F clinic and OR, 8 am - 5 pm with pager call after 5
- 24-hour call on weekends
- 22 - 24 patients per day in clinic
- Outpatient clinic and OR setting
- Bread and butter urology procedures required
- In-office: cystoscopies, vasectomies, pessary fittings, urodynamics
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
