Locum Urology Assignment - Southwest Colorado
Job Description
Seeking a locum BC/BE Urology Physician to cover clinic and scheduled procedures
Candidates must be able to perform Robotic procedures
• Monday - Friday - 8a-5p with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.
• No call
• Coverage needed:
• Aug 25-26
• Sept 8-12
• Sept 29-Oct 3
• Oct 27-31
• Ongoing dates will be determined if coverage needs will be extended.
• Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing Clinic patients, robotic procedures, and general urology surgeries
• OR time for various procedures
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
• Reason for Coverage: unexpected leave of absence.
• Average # of procedures performed in a day: 4-6
• Average # of patients seen in the clinic per day: 12-16
• Required: CO license or able to obtain, BLS, DEA, clean background, EMR training
