Job Description
HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist with an oncology focus to establish and lead a premier urologic oncology program within a thriving, state-of-the-art Comprehensive Cancer Center.
This is a rare founding physician opportunity—ideal for a surgeon who wants to shape strategy, build a service line, and create a regional destination for cancer care.

The Role
Deliver both general urology care and advanced oncologic surgical services
Perform procedures across prostate, bladder, kidney, and adrenal malignancies
Participate in tumor boards, clinical program development, and innovation initiatives
Help shape a high-growth oncology service line within a nationally recognized system
Qualifications
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
Fellowship training in Urologic Oncology preferred
Expertise in robotic and minimally invasive surgery
Passion for collaboration, innovation, and program building
