Job Description
Not-for-profit regional health system in central Illinois is expanding its Urology service line and is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join its team. Excellent comp, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to practice in a community-centered environment that values quality of life and clinical autonomy. $700,000 base salary + WRVU's. $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years). Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary). 33 days of time off. Easy access to Champaign-Urbana (40 min), St. Louis (2 hrs), and Indianapolis (2 hrs). Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. No Call. Signing Bonus available up to $100,000 . Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $6,000 available. 403B. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it.
