- 7-day shift model -- full commitment required
- Average 35 hospital-based surgeries per week
- 100% inpatient -- adult urology focus
- APPs on-site 24/7 handle first calls and consults
- Ureteroscopy required -- laparoscopic and PCNL preferred
- Temp-to-perm arrangement a strong fit
