- 14 on / 14 off schedule -- 7 am - 4 pm with overnight call coverage
- 20 inpatients daily with 3 - 5 add-on surgical cases per day
- Inpatient hospital-based setting
- Strong PA support -- 9 APPs with excellent longevity on the team
- Procedures required: cysto stone, stent placement, torsion, fulguration cases
- Call coverage -- 30-minute response time for emergent cases
- Practice of 8 urologists and 9 APPs -- hospital-based team
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
