Smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, Missouri is seeking an additional Urologist. They are looking for another Urologist due to growth and upcoming planned semi-retirement of a long time physician. Their physician is producing at the 75th percentile. 1:5 call. Teaching available. $700k first year salary. up to $100k sign on. 22 days of PTO plus 6 holidays. 403b with company match of 4%. DaVinci XI. In clinic Urology specific procedure rooms for appropriate procedures. Very robust robotics practice - great mentorship available. 120 days for new patient appointment.
