- Mon - Fri hybrid: half-day clinic or elective OR plus inpatient coverage
- Weekend coverage -- 24-hour call with inpatient responsibilities
- Phone consults: 5 - 10 per day; 3 - 5 per 24-hour call period
- Adult patients primarily -- very few pediatric cases
- Inpatient and outpatient coverage required -- active consults with rounding
- Admissions managed by hospitalists -- no direct admissions required
- General adult urology required
- Robotic surgery, laparoscopic, and advanced endoscopic skills preferred
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
