Job Description
Step into a high-volume Urology practice with immediate access to a strong referral base, modern OR facilities, and da Vinci Xi robotics. This is a rare opportunity to quickly build a productive practice in a community with significant and ongoing urologic demand. Physicians join an established, supportive team designed to help you ramp quickly and focus on high-quality surgical care.
Position Highlights:
Bread and Butter Urology with ability to tailor practice focus (stones, BPH, oncology, reconstructive urology)
Join 2 MD's along with APP support and experienced clinical and nursing staff
Monday - Friday with 3 days OR and 2 days clinic
Outpatient only - No call
Access to da Vinci Xi robotic-assisted surgery platform
Strong primary care referral network within the health system
Competitive base salary with productivity-based incentives
150K in Signing Incentives
