This exceptional 93-bed, Not-For-Profit, Level IV trauma center is seeking a physician leader with the autonomy to build a premier robotic urology practice and shape the future of Urologic care in a Southwest Texas community with a 100,000-person catchment area and no competition.

Opportunity:
Full-Time or 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off
$500,000 - $550,000 Salary Range, $66,000 in Call Pay, $55,000 Quality Incentive Bonus, & $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
700K Year 1 Guaranteed before including wRVU production
Brand-new da Vinci on-site
2 blocked OR days of surgery and 2 days in the clinic
Healthy combination of general bread-and-butter urology cases and additional clinical interests welcomed!
