- 24-hour call shifts, 3-4 shifts per week, 1 week per month
- 15 patients per shift
- Inpatient and outpatient setting
- Average 4-5 hours of callback cases daily
- General urology and adult urology required
- Robotic surgery preferred
- Call coverage need
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
