(Login for Information)LLC is an independent hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinic launching in Forney, Texas — the fastest-growing corridor in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We provide FDA-cleared hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for patients with chronic wounds, diabetic foot ulcers, radiation injuries, osteomyelitis, and other medically indicated conditions, operating on a physician-referral model in an outpatient clinic setting.

We are a physician-led, patient-first practice built on clinical excellence and individualized care. Responsibilities

• Review and approve HBO treatment protocols and standing orders

• Evaluate patient eligibility and authorize treatment courses

• Provide on-call physician oversight during clinic hours (remote acceptable for routine sessions)

• Conduct or delegate initial patient assessments and treatment plan reviews

• Ensure clinical compliance with CMS, NFPA 99, and UHMS guidelines

• Collaborate with referring physicians on patient care coordination

• Participate in quality assurance and outcomes tracking

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license (MD or DO) in good standing

• Board certification in any specialty — emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, wound care, or undersea/hyperbaric medicine preferred

• UHMS-recognized hyperbaric training (40-hour course) or willingness to complete prior to opening

• No active OIG exclusions or Medicare/Medicaid sanctions

• Malpractice coverage that includes hyperbaric medicine oversight
