General Surgery - (Northern Nevada)

Opportunity to establish private practice with hospital providing a strong income guarantee... Or opportunity to join hospital as employee... Or opportunity to join surgeon who is in solo practice now and would like to form a SSG.

Interest in colo-rectal procedures a plus but no required.
Compensation package includes salary or income guarantee and paid relocation, possible sign on bonus. Collections guarantee with income of 325-350k plus approx. 200k in expenses. Income guarantee will be provided for private practice or a salaried employment position with full benefits (paid mal-practice, health, dental, vision, CME, etc.)
Call 1:4.
There is a need for a 4th surgeon due to population demand.
One hospital (50 acre campus) with recently added cardiac cath lab, state of the art MR and CT (imaging center), and technologically-advanced ER, etc.
Low malpractice premiums. Medicare is less than 30% and they have strong reimbursement. No HMO presence. Majority of population covered by very good insurance plans.

Area info: Within 2-4 hours of following cities: Twin Falls, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Reno, NV. Fine selection of restaurants, art galleries, symphony, sporting facilities and events, private schools, and regional ariport. Virtual paradise for outdoors enthusiasts.
