Regenerative Medicine Physician / Medical Director Charlotte, NC

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Physician who is passionate about Regenerative Medicine to lead our medical group full time in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization's medical strategy, aligning it with the overall mission, core values, and goals of QC Kinetix.
• Collaborate with the executive team to establish short-term and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring their integration into operational plans and initiatives.
• Provide expert medical guidance to support decision-making on business development opportunities, partnerships, and new service offerings.
• Drive the organization's commitment to patient-centric care, quality improvement, and innovation in regenerative medicine.
• Help ensure that our company has three key components in mind with respect to medical decisions: compliance, efficacy, and profitability. 
• Provide medical leadership and expertise in regenerative medicine to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, researchers, scientists, and healthcare professionals, to develop and refine clinical protocols and treatment plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, research, and industry trends in regenerative medicine to drive innovation and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the medical staff.
• Lead all our provider training programs, ensuring they meet all the organizations’ needs and that they provide outstanding and effective experiences for the organization and its providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including local, state, and federal laws, guidelines, and standards.
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory standards, patient safety, and ethical considerations.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of regenerative medicine treatments
• Oversee the collection and analysis of clinical data to assess outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
• Promote a culture of quality improvement by identifying and addressing any gaps or deficiencies in clinical processes.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to drive clinical research initiatives and participate in clinical trials related to regenerative medicine.
• Foster partnerships with external organizations, academic institutions, and industry experts to advance research and expand the knowledge base in the field.
• Contribute to the publication of scientific papers, presentations at conferences, and other knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the organization's reputation and thought leadership.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to medical staff, ensuring their continued professional growth and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain highly skilled medical professionals who align with the organization's mission and values.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Compensation:

• $300k (base salary plus bonus structure)
