Highlights

· Flexible schedule; four 10-hour days (8 hours with patients/2 hours for charts) or 5 8-hour days

· No call and no inpatient duties

· 64 patients per week via clinical encounters/16 per day.  New graduates have a 6-month grace period to get up to speed.
