Opportunity Details

• Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, NO call/NO weekends?
• Physicians are encouraged to spend more time with patients and enjoy a lower patient volume
• In-house referrals?from Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
• Excellent support staff that allows you to focus on your patients?

Compensation Package

• Generous salary based on experience + incentives?
• $20,000 Sign-on
• $20,000 Relocation
• Health insurance fully paid $250 individual deductible, $500 family
• 401K with an 8% match
• 6 weeks PTO, 7 sick days (accrued) and 6 paid holidays
• 5 days paid CME + $5,000 allowance
• Paid malpractice?
