Major Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of primary care to panel of patients enrolled in the GCVHCS. The work assignment may include Primary Care Clinic and/or Women's Health Care.
• Manage scheduled and unscheduled patients.
• As needed, management of a subsection of primary care patients (e.g. spinal cord injury patients), or demographic status (Women Veterans, Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF/OEF) Veterans, Employees, Etc.).
• Supervise or collaborate for mid-level providers (clinical oversight and review of care).
• Act as surrogates for patients of colleagues, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience: Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.  VA Medical Center or Large Military MTF Experience Required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.; may include weekends.
