Outpatient Only - Employed Family Medicine - Amongst the rolling hills of NW Illinois!!
Hospital is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician. The practice is well established with experienced staff and an experienced Nurse Practitioner. The practice is a part of an integrated healthcare network serving the entire northwest corner of Illinois, eastern Iowa, and southwestern Wisconsin.
The Physician will see an average of 20-25 patients per day in clinic. This physician will have the luxury of collaborating with a wide network of Primary Care Physicians throughout the organization’s 22 locations.
Other position highlights include:
Full-time, employed position – 4-5 days per week.
On-site imaging and laboratory services
On-site physical therapist
Specialists also provide outreach services to the clinic.
Call is for the practice’s patients and support for local nursing homes.
Hospital has an established hospitalist program.
