Job Description
Hospital seeking Locum BC Gastroenterologist to start November 2, 2023
Contract Length: 3+ Months
Shift Details: 7a-3:30p
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Work Details:
· Support staff: 4 other midlevels
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time 20+shifts.month
· Patients per day: 10-15
· Patient population/age: Adults
· Department description: Lab and x-ray onsite.
· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures: Required: Esophageal dilatation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Upper GI procedures.
· Skills required: This position is for Endoscopy only- our outpatient clinics will support available upon request
Requirements: DEA, BLS, ACLS and 2+ years minimum experience.
