Job Description
Southern Maine
Hospital is looking for a locum Hospitalist to help fill the shifts available for summer and fall.
• 7a-7p or 7p-7a
• EMR is EPIC
• Trauma level III
• 3 Bed ICU
• 25 Beds Total
• No procedures
• ICU coverage w/ tele ICU backup
• Vents largely run by respiratory therapist (in house 24/7)
• Average census is 16-18 pts
• 2-3 admits per night
Current Open Dates:
• July 13-16 - 7p-7a - Waldo
• July 28-31 - 7a-7p - Waldo
• Aug 3-9 - 7a-7p - Waldo
• Sept 5-14 - 7a-7p - Waldo
• Sept 23-30 - 7a-7p - Waldo
• Ongoing dates will be provided by the site
Requirements: Board Certified, Active ME license, ACLS, BLS, • Must have extensive Hospitalist experience - No new grads and COVID Vaccine
