Internal Medicine-Geriatrics job located in New Jersey

Seeking an Internist/Family Medicine Physician for our Gerontology practice in Southern New Jersey!

 Hospital is seeking a board certified or board eligible physician with a geriatric background to join its medical staff as an employed physician.  The successful candidate will help provide continuity of care  patients by establishing a relationship with area nursing homes.  The position will include outpatient office hours and nursing home rotations.  Hospital admissions will be managed by the hospitalist team.
