Job Description

1. Sacramento - Join a well-established primary care clinic that is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician.   Take over a physicians patient base.  Work 4 days per week.  Shared office call.  Outpatient only.
All providers work every 5th weekend. The provider that works the week end will have two days off the following week.
Generous salary $250,000 range plus full benefits including but not limited to medical, disability, malpractice, PTO, (vacation/sick/cme) Partnership track is offered.

2. Sacramento -  This group has 3 needs General practitioner, Associate Medical Director and Float position:
General Practitioner position - Join a large multispecialty group work either full-time (4 days per week) or part-time.  Clinic can offer a 10-hour schedule.  100% outpatient clinical position, the physician will provide primary care, including physical examinations, treatment, preventive care, and education for patients in accordance with protocols and evidence-based medical guidelines.
Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience $230,880 - $300,144 annually
Float Position: Join a large multispecialty group that is looking for a Float Medical Provider.  The provider should be either a MD, DO, NP or PA specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics and is responsible for providing high quality primary care to patients in an outpatient setting. This group is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary and preventative health care services to a growing patient population. We are committed to providing excellent service to our patient population throughout the greater Sacramento area.
 
This is a hybrid role that requires covering the in-person and/or remote clinic schedule and inbox for other medical providers who are on leave. When in-person coverage is needed, Float Medical Provider will be scheduled in-person at in the Greater Sacramento area. When coverage is not needed, the Float Medical Provider has a remote telemedicine schedule for same-day visits.
 
This role offers great flexibility in terms of hours. Both 8- and 10-hour weekday schedules will be considered, as well as 8- to 40-hour week schedules. Schedules can be either the same every week or based on organizational need, depending on the Float Medical Provider’s preference. There are no on-call responsibilities, panel of patients, supervision of other providers, or required weekend hours. In-person work will be required when covering for an in-person provider’s leave; otherwise, work will be remote.
  
The successful candidate has:
At least 1-2 years of clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons or homeless persons preferred. 
Compensation - Dependent Upon Experience MD/DO: $212,160 - $275,808 annually
