Internal Medicine Other job located in Florida

- Internal Medicine opportunity to join a non-for-profit health center in Pinellas County. We are seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Internal Physician to join our growing practice. Currently there are 38 providers within the organization, 12 of which are Physicians.

This is strictly an outpatient only position. Telephone call is every 4 to 6 weeks, backing up the ARNP's who triage all after hour calls. 20-24 patients per day. Adolescents through Adult. Office hours are mostly Monday - Friday, 8-5. Each physician works one Saturday shift every 4 to 5 weeks. If you work on Saturday, you will receive another day off during the pay period. They currently have several office locations but all providers are assigned to one office and do not rotate.

The offices are fully equipped, some brand new, all have EMR.

After one year, you are automatically enrolled the 401k fund where the clinic contributes 3% of your base. Occurrence malpractice insurance is provided through the Federal Tort Claims Act. Medical school loan repayment.

Must be comfortable overseeing ARNP's and conducting peer reviews.
 

Salary will be 200-225 with possible sign on bonus.
