Medical Associates of the Lehigh Valley is seeking full-time Family and Internal Medicine physicians. Our large private practice is located in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania and is made of up over 25 separate locations operating independently yet cohesively forming one comprehensive health organization with a unified mission of preserving the patient-doctor relationship to all who need our services. Each physician member has an important voice in the organization and its future. Medical Associates physicians always keep the focus on patient care and succeeds in preserving the private practice model by retaining independent control over clinical practices, decreasing administrative demands and increasing control over their personal time with available shared call arrangements.
The providers offer coordinated patient care thanks to a shared EMR, Central Administrative, Billing, Financial and HR staff while still maintaining treatment autonomy. By partnering with one of the area's full-spectrum, Trauma 1 hospitals – Lehigh Valley Hospital – Medical Associates of the Lehigh Valley offers comprehensive care to its patients.
