We are hiring a full time BC/BE neurologist in the Montefiore/Einstein Division of Multiple Sclerosis. Outpatient-based to do majority MS/neuroimmunology and some general neurology while building patient base (can continue certain number of general neuro clinics if preferred). Request additional training (fellowship or other) in multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology. Opportunities for teaching residents and students, research, and multidisciplinary collaborations. Montefiore/Einstein was the birthplace of the comprehensive care model of MS centers lauded by Sylvia Lawry and the National MS Society. The Montefiore MS Center is recognized by the NMSS as a Center for Comprehensive Care. It serves a large urban underserved population. The medium-sized, collegial Department of Neurology is looking to grow its MS division with the intent to start a fellowship program in the next few years.
