Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Lexington, KY

Part time or Full time

We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice in Lexington, KY. We are offering a flexible schedule, working 1-4 days per week, no nights or weekends. Providers who work 4 days per week are considered full time and will receive benefits. We are a physical medicine office, and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The PA/NP duties include joint and trigger point injections. Ideally, we need a provider who is passionate about ortho biologics and regen medicine, someone who is outgoing, personable, and has excellent patient engagement. We prefer a provider who can do joint injections and require someone with ortho, Pain Management, ER, and/or Urgent Care experience. We prefer a PA/NP who is licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio.

We provide concierge medicine; the patients are seeking high quality care not covered by insurance and we strive to make them comfortable and educated about the procedures so that they are satisfied in undergoing the treatments offered.

Duties:

• Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
• Evaluate Clinical Data
• Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records- read and interpret MRI and X-rays
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Recommend and explain best pain management options for patients
• Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
• Consultation with the Supervisory physician as needed
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections (training will be provided)
• Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
• 2 years clinical experience required
• PA/NP license in KY and/or OH (or the ability to acquire both quickly)
• Joint injection experience required
• Orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine, Pain Management, Regen Med, or Surgical background
• Experience in a cash-paying elective procedure medical clinic and/or sales is a plus

Compensation:

• Part time $750/day + (depending on level of experience) + bonus potential
• Full time- $120k-$135k + bonus potential
