Nurse Practitioner Multi Specialty Group job located in Maine

We Invite a confident Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a Federally Qualified Health Center operating four clinics, serving a rural multicultural population in central and western Maine.  Founded in the 1970s, the original trio of practices are between Lewiston and Augusta.  The fourth location opened in 2021, in the western Maine town of Bridgton.  You will have a convenient 4 Day/week schedule to provide a family friendly lifestyle.  Practice in a collegial environment with an excellent support team and make a measurable difference in the lives of your patients.  While post Master’s experience is desirable, this practice is ready to support a newly certified graduate.  This respected community health center offers integrated behavioral health and primary care to patients of all ages in a nationally recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home.  The Bridgton practice is located on the campus of the local hospital.  Here, ou will support primary care providers (physicians and APPs) on mental health issues and provide direct care to patients (adolescents, adults and seniors)on an outpatient basis.  You will assess their needs, diagnose psychiatric conditions, and develop/implement treatment plans that often include medication.  Candidates with an interest in offering medically assisted treatment for substance use/addiction will receive priority attention.  You will earn a very competitive salary (based on experience) along with a benefits plan that includes paid relocation assistance, 100% paid family health and dental insurance, life insurance, a generous amount of paid time off for vacations and sick leave, a budget for your CME expenses, participation in a retirement plan and more.  NHSC/Federal medical education loan repayment is available as well.
