Nurse Practitioner job located in Providence, Rhode Island

Home Health facility needs an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for Full-time Assessments of Adult patient population. In the field seeing patients in a home health setting and some remote admin time. 40 hours total; M-F 8-5. EcW EMR. 6-8 Adult patients per day. Pays mileage from first stop to last stop. • 2 years APP experience
• Full time Hours: Home Health in the Field 8-5 M-F
• Patients assessments in home health setting and some remote admin
