Fulltime, permanent position for an Advanced Practice Provider for Urgent Care opening. Join a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of primary care needs in the county Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive healthcare services Network of Family Practitioners, Internists, Psychiatrists, Dentists, and Social Workers Certified Level III Medical Homes with advanced panel and case management systems Express care/same day service embedded in primary care practice Schedule of 3/12 hour shifts with weekend rotation, no call Candidates must have suturing and Iandamp;D experience, ability to treat all age groups Operating hours from 8am to 8pm Utilization of Medent EMR system for efficient documentation and patient management Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Very competitive salary and#8211; commensurate with experience Retirement plans with employer match Vacation (4 weeks first 2 years, then 5 weeks) Malpractice provided Up to $10k in relocation expenses 4 day work week and#8211; flexible hours CME 1 week and#8211; $6,000 School loan repayment Area Highlights: This is a small town located in the beautiful state of Vermont.
