Preferred Qualifications

• Board certification in pediatric hospital medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics
• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
• Experience in teaching students and residents in Pediatric Hospital Medicine
• Emerging or established regional or national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher

Required Qualifications

• M.D./D.O. degree or foreign equivalent
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics Residency Program
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program
• Texas license or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• Board certification in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics
