- Join an expanding hospitalist program
- 1 week on/1 week off; day shift only, NPs cover overnight, minimal call
- Ped floor, nursery rounding, deliveries (they have a well-established NICU service), and ER consults
- Ped floor has 8 to 10 beds
- Academic affiliation - 99% clinical unless physician wants more academic responsibility
