Will see medicare patients for wellness visits

Our most productive providers follow the schedule of seeing patients in 15-minute appointment slots. The provider’s medical assistants are very well trained prior to hitting the floor and assist the provider with the majority of the documentation so that the provider can spend more of their time with the patient. There will be monthly meetings with the physicians and the Executive Team to discuss any updates or changes and to also get feedback from the physicians.

They use NextGen for EMR and have been recognized nationally for training and implementation.

They also have their own Accountable Care Organization that has been in existence for the past three years.

They have better than market rates with the Commercial Insurance Plans. Per client, "Additionally we are favorably positioned for Value Bases Reimbursement, MIPS and MACRA. Our agreements with Commercial Insurance Plans offer Shared Savings and Quality bonuses that are paid out the Providers based on their participation. We have a centralized Call Center that handles scheduling, referrals and patient follow up. An extensive is in place Care Coordination Team to focus on the most as risk patient populations.

Regarding call schedule, Physician shall provide the Medical Services when and as scheduled by client (in consultation with Physician), which shall include evening, weekend, and on-call duties as determined by client; provided, that such call coverage shall be on par with other physician employees of the Division.

Physician will be given a $60/month stipend to cover use of their personal cell phones for business.”

Usually on call every 6th or 7th week.

They do not round on newborns.

Income range: about $182k-200k. based on experience.
