Salary (range):
PT: $1500-$2000/day
- Bonus range from an additional $50k to $150k
FT (3 days a week) :$200k-$220K/year base pay
- Bonus range from an additional $50k to $150k

We are looking for a physician to join our medical office in New Haven, CT. We are looking for a BC/BE Physician (MD or DO) who has an interest or experience in physical/regen medicine. The position will start at 2-3 days per week providing direct patient care and procedures several times per month. We prefer a physician with experience or specialization in Pain Management, Ortho and/or Sports Medicine, joint injections, and BMAC.

The Physician duties include focused musculoskeletal/orthopedic patient exams, treatment plan formulation, and performing BMAC, joint and trigger point injections in our physical medicine office.
Duties:
- Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal focused patient exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent medical imaging/records and documents)
- Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to treatment plan options, diagnosis, and post treatment care
- Treatments to include regen medicine joint/trigger point injections and BMAC
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Patient follow up- reexams, progress checks
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals and administrative staff for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- BCBE in Pain Management, Ortho, Sports Medicine, Family medicine, or Internal medicine but will consider GP as well
- License to Practice Medicine in CT
- Experience with administering joint injections in an out-patient setting
- BMAC experience a plus (will provide training)
