- $12k for relocation; $20k sign-on bonus
- Nonprofit organization; employed position
- Physicians are responsible for admissions, consults, and discharge
- Malpractice through articles of sovereign immunity
- After-hours call; attending physician takes first call
- Average 15 - 18 patients per day; average 5 - 10 admissions on weekends
- Monday through Friday work schedule with 1/3 weekends
