About the Practice

The office was built with a comfortable patient waiting area and large exam rooms. The facilities were optimized for smooth flow of staff and patients, for an ergonomic workflow.
Multiple Triage rooms, a modern Digital X-ray suite and Computer controlled Robotic Lab allow for speedy exam and diagnosis to limit patient delays.
Our experienced and fully trained staff have Certifications in X-Ray, Phlebotomy, Lab specialties, and Pharm Tech. This means we can handle most of our patients’ medical needs on-site, saving them time and travel.

What You Will Do
Group is looking for a Board Certified or Board/Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds physician.
Position Highlights
Inherit an established patient base in a fast-growing region of Birmingham
Work in a busy practice with 3 physicians
Workdays are predictable, 8 – 5 Monday through Friday
4.5-day work week
Traditional practice seeing inpatient and outpatient medicine
Amazing, dependable, highly-trained staff
Young patient population due to high growth in the area
Well-equipped clinic, digital x-ray and lab
Practice established 10 years ago

Responsibilities:
Full time position
Work-in same day or next-day appointments with online scheduling
See patients in the hospital or use Hospitalists as needed
Maintain electronic medical records in Athena
Work as an integrated team of providers
What you will need
Required Credential:
Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Preferred Credential:
Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
