The Quillen College of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry at (Login for Information) is seeking a faculty member to serve as a Child Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison Director for a new Child and Adolescent Fellowship. The candidate should be, or eligible to be, a Board Certified Child Psychiatrist who has completed, or is near completion of, a Child Fellowship. Consultations will take place at Niswonger Children’s Hospital. Opportunity for inpatient and outpatient care. Candidate should possess excellent communication and teaching skills.
Faculty rank and salary commiserate with education and experience. Some appointments may be eligible for tenure.
Clinical and Research track appointments may be convertible to tenure-track no later than the end of year three of the appointment.
Program activities include clinical care of patients combined with teaching supervision of residents and medical students. Research and academic activities are strongly encouraged. Salary is competitive with funding available through the Medical School and other sources. Candidate should possess excellent communication and teaching skills.

- Completion of (or nearing completion of) Child Fellowship
- BC/BE
- Eligible for licensure in Tennessee
- Must meet ETSU Health malpractice requirements ($5 million)
