Seeking BE/BC Geriatric Psychiatrist to join Hospital. This is a physician led, professionally managed organization with more than 750 providers in varying specialties. Will provide coverage for the Geriatric Psych units at 2 facilities 7 on/7off rotation may also be needed to provide adult psych coverage in other units Call will be required - 1:6 night call coverage Will provide inpatient consult coverage at 1 location. Team: PMHNPand#8217;s on staff to assist on the unit and to see adult consults. Social Workers/ Therapist onsite Treatment Team done daily RN/LPN/ Tech staff Nurse Manager on both units Hours/Day: 8-Hour day, can begin at 8am or 9am. 8-5 or 9-6. 2nd certs (CONand#8217;s) during call: 2nd certs are required for any TN admissions which are involuntary, these are done via laptop or tablet and secure portal. Details listed above. Unit demographics: Gero-psych patients Main diagnosis: bipolar, schizo affective disorder, secondary detox, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideations. Availability: Immediately.
