PSYCHIATRY, Outpatient Medical Director Typical day is a mix of new and established patients for med services including medication reviews Additionally, clinical supervision of mid-level providers Patient mix and#8211; general population encompassing the full developmental lifespan with emphasis on teen and adult-aged individuals. Typical patient volume and#8211; 3 established patients per hour, for new patients to med services, they currently allow an hour for the initial eval, with a maximum of two new patient evals a day. For transfers from one of the other med providers on staff, we allow a and#189; hour for the first appointment. The provider will have the support of the therapists, case managers, receptionist and medical assistant/nurse Patients will often have case management and other community-based services Substance Use disorder treatment (including MAT) is available.
