Psychology Hospital Based job located in Florida

Seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Psychologist to join practice
Will be responsible for the overall clinical leadership and operation of the division's clinical services, in accordance with behavioral health regulatory requirements
Serve as a clinical expert, provide education and consultation services to ensure adequate resources are provided to meet patient and program needs
Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision to clinicians in the system. 
Ensure that the behavioral health policies and procedures are in place and aligned with best practice for therapeutic care. 
Oversees the peer review process and provides feedback. 
Ensure productivity measures are being met. 
Provide administrative guidance and consultation to leadership. 
Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical services to ensure they are within the best practices of mental health standards. 
Monitor, assess and train staff on clinically related procedures. 
Work with the practice to ensure the provision of high-quality, cost-effective services while ensuring excellent patient experience, with attention to patient access, employee engagement and clinical performance metrics
Requirements: Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD), minimum of three years supervisory or management experience in the health care field, FL license, CPR/CPI
