Job Description
Psychologist Hinsdale, IL (30 min W of Chicago)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Psychologist to join our practice full time in Hinsdale, IL. Ideally, we are looking for a Psychologist with experience outside of training, who is reliable, compassionate, and a team player who is looking to collaborate with a group of dynamic providers to give our patients the most comprehensive care. The incoming Psychologist must have training with Cognitive behavior therapy and training in ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD or a willingness to learn. In this position, the psychologist will work with a mixed population of both adults and children.

Job Duties:
·Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
- Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
- Progress Monitoring: adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure a coordinated approach to care.
Requirements:
- PhD in Psychology or Doctor of Psychology Degree (PsyD)
- Licensed by the State Board to provide therapy in IL
- Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner
- Training with Cognitive behavior therapy and training in ERP (exposure and response prevention) for OCD or a willingness to learn this is a must.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (full time)
Compensation:
- $85k- $130k annually plus potential productivity bonus
