Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a full-time BE/BC Diagnostic Neuroradiologist to join our large imaging department in Sacramento/Roseville, CA.
2-year Diagnostic Neuroradiology fellowship and/or CAQ preferred but not required.
We are looking for either a majority daytime Neuroradiologist OR a predominantly evening/night Neuroradiologist.
The Neuroradiology section has 19 Neuro-radiologists (including 3 Neuro-interventional radiologists) and is highly sub-specialized, offering a significant amount of dedicated neuroradiology work. We closely collaborate with Neurosurgery, Neurology, Radiation Oncology, Oncology, and Otolaryngology; and provide coverage at multiple tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences. We provide advanced stroke imaging and therapeutics to support an Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center (Sutter Medical Center Sacramento) and a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center (Sutter Roseville Medical Center). We perform CT and MR perfusion, DTI, fMRI, and vessel wall imaging.
In addition to high-end Neuroradiology work, our group offers excellent work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Our daytime position offers approximately 50% of shifts worked from home. Our evening/night position works from home exclusively for all evening and night shifts.
