Sports Medicine Partnership job located in Florida

RS is a startup luxury sports recovery & wellness facility for professional athletes, college athletes and high income consumers. Our primary focus is to accelerate the recovery process for athletes with the use of regenrative therapies, peptides & state of the art recovery equipment. Our 8,000 sqft facility will be built-out into two parts, a members area with private rooms installed with the best recovery & wellness equipemnt and a private therapy area where our clinicians will work. 

We are searching to find a partner physician with the same vision and background to develop our recovery programs. You will be working with elite athletes in effort to decrease recovery time for post surgery, off-season recovery and preventative injuries. All therapies performed will be highly regulated to insure the safety and compliance of our clients. This position will require the following qualifications.

• Sports Related Rehab and Physical therapy
• Regenerartive bio-medicines
• Peptides & modernized recovery equipment
• Experience in Hiring and managing clinicians & therapists
• Experience working with athletes or sports team  
• State licensed and certifications 
• Clinical trial and research studies in cell therapy & peptide therapy

As the face & primary in-house clincian for R3, this position will entail dedication and proffessionalism. Our goal is to develop (Login for Information)into an elite facility for all serious athletes. To instill the athletes trust, it is imparative to provide nothing but the best in care for your client. The following scope will be all acting duties for R3's primary clinician.

• Hiring & training of clinician staff, therapists & therapy area 
• Developing & issuing SOP's for therapy area
• Developing & performing R3's therapy programs & per client therapy
• Performing all therapies for VIP clients
• Training assistant clincian on all therapies 
• Reseaching new studies and staying up-to-date on new therapies
• Quarterly and monthly executive meetings
• Representing the (Login for Information)brand through networking events, medical conferences & social media 

The compensation package for this position is as follows.

• 7% Equity partnership in R3 
• Voting rights with first right of refusal for second location
• $150,000 annual salary plus bonus incentive
• Pending 12 months (Login for Information)will provide health insurance
