Surgery-Cardio Thoracic Single Specialty Group job located in California

Practice Cardiothoracic Surgery in Ventura California with a long-established CT group, state of the art JACHO accredited facility.                        
This private practice partnership track position involves the complete spectrum of adult cardiac and thoracic surgery at an academic teaching hospital. Supportive Hospitalist and Intensivist programs are in place. There are two excellent dedicated Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistants. Active robotic surgery and ECMO programs are established. Call 1:3,  the P.A’s take most of the daytime calls. The practice works with a very cohesive medical community.  You will find expert support in all subspecialties, and a long- standing friendly and collaborative relationship with Cardiologists, Pulmonologists, Oncologists etc., only enhanced with strong cooperation and support from Hospital Administration.

Competitive salary $650k+, additional incentives available along with full benefits are offered.

Physician must be Board Certified/Board Eligible, be a team player with a strong work ethic, have superior clinical and surgical skills and a dedication to excellent patient care and outcomes.
*$300,000 housing loan is shared equity concept between the MD and Hospital, repayable when home is sold or refinanced. Refinancing can reduce or eliminate Hospital equity.
