Job Description

We are seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon to join our practice to support growth in the neurosurgical service line. Lengthening wait times, increased demand for functional neurosurgery and the need for additional coverage are key drivers in launching a search for an addition to the neurosurgery department. Surgical cases are performed at Medical Center with offices located directly on campus, making it convenient for both staff and patients alike. Medical Center is a 328-bed medical center located in a tranquil setting on 180 beautifully wooded acres. 1:4 call Full time BC/BE experienced neurosurgeon or graduating resident or fellow The recruitment focus is on operative general neurosurgery however we are prepared to support and nurture subspecialty clinical interests. Functional neurosurgery opportunities are available through Gamma Knife surgery, deep brain stimulation and vagus nerve stimulation This broad-based neurosurgical practice includes spine, cranial and peripheral nerve surgery. A full range of state-of-the-art equipment is available including neuro-navigation and stereotactic radiosurgery. Additionally, functional neurosurgery opportunities are available through Gamma Knife surgery, deep brain stimulation and vagus nerve stimulation.
