Job Description

Healthcare system in eastern NC is recruiting an employed BC plastic and reconstructive surgeon to join their growing surgical program. Applicants should be board certified in plastic surgery with at least 2 years post training/fellowship experience. Applicants with post-residency fellowship training in craniofacial, microsurgery, or hand surgery are encouraged to apply. The successful candidates will have responsibility for performing the full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery at a level 1 trauma center and the destination for specialty surgical care.  Highlights include hospital privileges at 900 bed tertiary hospital, access to a nationally recognized Ambulatory Surgery Center for outpatient procedures, established comprehensive surgical program, built in referral network of 29 counties and over 1.4 million people, dedicated block OR scheduling.  Highly competitive compensation and benefit package with base salary and bonus structure.
