Job Description
Locums and/or Permanent Urgent Care - Philadelphia, PA
Locums options are available. Ultimately they are seeking full-time, permanent Full-Time Physicians: full benefits, health care, STD+LTD benefits, vacation (as they grow, benefits will improve) They are seeking EM, FM or IM (depending on experience). Young and progressive program. Paid hourly initially then move to salary. NEW clinic. Their current medical director is also the owner (she has 20 years of experience and she is EM).
They are very community and service-based (strong emphasis on customer service) Physician needs to be comfortable with belly exams and a lot of confidence in assessment.
36-40 hours/week
Hourly pay starts around $90/hour and higher if experienced or EM trained.
They do not send a lot of patients to ER. They utilize the valuable resources they have around them (specialists in the area---referrals same day; local radiology center).
They have Physician Asst on staff.
